On the right is an advertisement for the Burntisland Shipbuilding Company Ltd, which appeared in The Syren and Shipping dated June 27th, 1923. Below is an advertisement from the January 8th, 1953, edition of Fairplay (The International Shipping Weekly). Both were discovered by Keddie Law, and we are very grateful to him for the copies.
